Payments
How you can pay
Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on devices that support them. Depending on your country, other local payment methods may also appear at checkout.
Secure checkout
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details go straight to Stripe over an encrypted connection and are never stored on our servers. Some banks will ask you to confirm the payment in their app.

Prices are shown and charged in your region's currency and always include tax, so the price you see is the price you pay, plus delivery. If your card is in a different currency, your bank may add a conversion fee.
When you're charged
We take payment when you place your order, pre-orders included. Personalised prints are checked by hand and pre-orders wait for the race results, which can take longer than a card hold lasts, so we don't wait until your print ships.
If your order is cancelled before it goes to print, you get a full refund. See returns.
Discount codes
Got a code from a running club, a race partner or a friend? Enter it at checkout. If you were sent a link, follow it and the code will be applied when you check out.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, in the same currency. Most banks show them within 5 to 10 working days.
