Question 1

What can I add to my print?

Accepted Answer

Up to three lines, each optional: your name, your official finish time and a charity line, for example "$2149 raised for Team for Kids". Names can be up to 30 characters and charity lines up to 60. Letters (including accents), numbers, spaces and simple punctuation all work. Emoji don't, because the artwork's typefaces can't draw them.

Question 2

Will I see my personalisation before I buy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The print page shows the artwork with your words set in it as you type, so you can check spacing and spelling before you order.

Question 3

Does personalising cost extra?

Accepted Answer

No. The price depends only on the size and frame you choose. Your name, time and charity line are included.

Question 4

Does anyone check my details?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A person on our team reviews every personalised order, checking the spelling, the time and the layout, before anything is printed. If something looks wrong we'll email you first.

Question 5

Can I order before the race?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose Finish Time when you personalise your print and it becomes a pre-order: you order now, and add your time once the official results are published.

Question 6

How do I add my finish time?

Accepted Answer

After the results are out, we email you a private link. Enter your official time (for example 3:41:27) and your print goes to our team for a final check, then to print. If we haven't heard from you we'll send a reminder after 3 days and again after 7 days. The link stays open for 60 days.

Question 7

Which time should I use?

Accepted Answer

Your official chip time (sometimes called net time) from the race results, in hours, minutes and seconds.

Question 8

What if I don't run, or the race is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

Email us. We can print your artwork without a time, or cancel your order for a full refund as long as it hasn't gone to print.

Question 9

What sizes are available?

Accepted Answer

Sizes are listed on each print page in inches, with the price for each one. Most works come in several sizes, from a desk-friendly print to a statement piece.

Question 10

Which frames can I choose?

Accepted Answer

Every print comes framed. A classic frame in solid wood with a satin finish (20 mm face, 22 mm deep) with a 2.4 mm snow-white mount, glazed with Perspex and delivered ready to hang, with a hanging hook included. You choose the frame colour on each print's page.

Question 11

What is the print like?

Accepted Answer

Giclée-printed with pigment-based archival inks on 200gsm Enhanced Matte Art paper, with a smooth, matt, natural white finish.

Question 12

Where do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

To the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and all 27 countries of the European Union.

Question 13

How long will my print take?

Accepted Answer

Every print is made to order, so delivery times include printing and shipping: 5–9 working days with Standard delivery, or 3–5 working days with Express. For pre-orders, they start once you've added your finish time.

Question 14

Can I return my print?

Accepted Answer

Our Return & Refund Policy explains what to do if you're not happy with your print, including how returns and refunds work.

Question 15

I made a typo. Can I change my details?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you're quick. Email us your order number and the correct details. We can change anything until your order has been approved and sent to print.

Question 16

Which currency will I pay in?

Accepted Answer

Your region's currency: US dollars, Canadian dollars, pounds sterling or euros. You can change your country at the top or bottom of any page.

Question 17

Do prices include tax?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The price you see is the price you pay. Delivery is added at checkout.

Question 18

When will I be charged?

Accepted Answer

When you place your order, pre-orders included. If your order is cancelled before it goes to print, we refund you in full.

Question 19

I have a discount code. Where do I use it?

Accepted Answer

Enter it at checkout. If you were sent a link, just follow it and the code will be waiting for you when you check out.

Question 20

Is any of the artwork made with AI?

Accepted Answer

No. Every work is commissioned from a working artist and drawn, painted or lettered by people. We never use generative AI to make, alter or finish an artwork.

Question 21

I'm an artist. Can I work with you?

Accepted Answer

We'd love to see your work, especially if you run. Send a link to your portfolio to hello@paceprint.co.
